Desde Maio de 2021 exerce funções como Procurador Europeu Delegado na recém-criada Procuradoria Europeia. Anteriormente exerceu funções como Procurador Coordenador da Secção de Investigação e Prevenção da Criminalidade Tributária no Departamento Central de Investigação e Acção Penal. Leccionou em diversas acções de formação no âmbito da criminalidade tributária quer no CEJ quer em cursos especiais de formação, v.g., da Unidade de Acção Fiscal da G.N.R. Foi magistrado-formador na Comarca de Sintra.
