Rosário Ferreira Alves nasceu em S. Pedro do Sul, distrito de Viseu, no Verão de 1969. Mudou-se para Lisboa muito jovem para estudar e trabalhar na área do Turismo. É mãe de dois filhos e fiel companheira de um gato preto e de uma cadela branca. Os livros e a escrita têm sido um portal de encontro com o que é natural, livre e belo.
Reflexos na desordem das sombras é o seu segundo livro de poesia.
