(Bolonha, Itália 1976) Licenciado em Ciências da Educação (Universidade de Bolonha). É presidente da Associazione Centro Documentazione Handicap, onde gere uma biblioteca especializada em serviços de voluntariado e também vocacionada para portadores de deficiência, com quem trabalha, através de oficinas de animação educativa, no sentido de contribuir para a respetiva integração. É ainda formador de profissionais deste setor; visita escolas, visando inculcar nos estudantes que o que nos diferencia também nos enriquece. Publicou vários livros infantis.
