Robert D. Enright

Robert D. Enright, PhD, is a psychologist and professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in the United States. Since 1985, Professor Enright has been a pioneer in the scientific study of how people forgive those who deeply hurt them and how the act of forgiveness affects physical, mental, and emotional health. He has received numerous awards for both his academic career and his research on forgiveness.
Robert D. Enright's work has been published in journals. Team, McCall's and in the newspapers Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune and Los Angeles TimesHe is frequently invited to participate in television and radio programs. He is the author of more than 80 publications on the study of forgiveness and related areas.
