Rita Barata Silvério nasceu em Estremoz, há 38 anos, num Domingo de Carnaval. Depois de ter passado por Angola, por Badajoz e Lisboa, mudou-se para Madrid, onde vive há quase uma década trabalhando no fascinante mundo da banca. É autora do blogue «Rititi» e d'O Livro da Rititi (2005). Escreveu para o suplemento DNA e para as revistas Atlântico e Penthouse. Está felizmente casada, tem dois filhos e uma janela cheia de jardineiras.
