Richard Montanari was born in Cleveland to an Italian-American family. After graduating from Case Western Reserve University, he decided to explore Europe. Later, after returning to the United States, he became a writer. freelancerHe achieved success in 2005 with the publication of this book. In addition to being a novelist, he is also a screenwriter and essayist, having contributed to the Chicago Tribune and the Seattle Times.
