Nasceu em 1982 é um trompista licenciado pela ESMAE, Mestre em Ensino da Música pela Universidade Católica, Doutorado em Música e Musicologia / Interpretação pela Universidade de Évora. É autor de diversos materiais pedagógicos para o ensino da trompa, bem como de mais de 90 composições para diversas formações instrumentais.
Viu algumas das suas obras reconhecidas em vários concursos nacionais e internacionais.
Todos os Gatos têm Sete Vidas marca a sua estreia no mundo da literatura infantil. Adora gatos, música, computadores e nos tempos livres pratica geocaching.
