Nasceu em Lisboa a 26 de fevereiro de 1979. Formou-se na Escola Profissional de Teatro de Cascais e estreou-se profissionalmente como ator em 1997. Foi protagonista da série «Prédio do Vasco» e interpretou vários personagens em séries e telenovelas como «Bem-vindos a Beirais», «Mundo ao contrário», «Flor do mar», «Inspetor Max» e «Morangos com açúcar (IV)». No teatro, trabalhou e trabalha com Carlos Avilez, Filipe La Féria, Claudio Hochman, Celso Cleto, entre outros.
