Regina dos Anjos Sousa Gouveia Nasceu em outubro de 1945. Licenciada em Físico-Químicas pela Universidade do Porto e Mestre em Supervisão, pela Universidade de Aveiro, professora do Ensino Secundário aposentada, lecionou alguns anos no Departamento de Física da Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto. Em 2005 foi premiada com o prémio Rómulo de Carvalho e agraciada, pelo Presidente Jorge Sampaio, com a comenda da Ordem da Instrução Pública. É autora de vários livros (poesia, ficção, literatura infantojuvenil, didática da física) e está presente em diversas antologias e publicações. Tem vários trabalhos premiados.
