Raymond Chang
He was born in Hong Kong and grew up between his hometown and Shanghai. He graduated in Chemistry from London University, received his doctorate from Yale University, and did postdoctoral work at Washington University. He has been a professor in the Department of Chemistry at Williams College since 1968.
He is a member of the American Chemical Society Examination Committee, the National Chemistry Olympiad, the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) Committee, and editor of The Chemical Educator. He is the author of books on physical chemistry, industrial chemistry, and physical sciences.
