Raul Lopes

É licenciado em Economia, Mestre em Planeamento Regional e Urbano, e Doutorado em Economia. É investigador do DINÂMIA’CET e Professor Associado do ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, onde tem também desempenhado vários cargos de gestão académica.
Ao longo da sua carreira exerceu funções de docência, consultoria e investigação nas seguintes áreas: Economia do Território; Inovação e Competitividade Regional; Políticas de Desenvolvimento Regional e Rural; Governança Territorial e Administração Autárquica.
