Rasa Bugavicute-Pece é uma dramaturga e escritora letã. Em 2011, licenciou-se em dramaturgia pela Academia da Cultura da Letónia e, em 2013, concluiu o mestrado em gestão cultural e escrita criativa na Universidade de Liepaja. As suas peças foram encenadas nos principais teatros nacionais e independentes da Letónia, bem como no estrangeiro. Escreveu igualmente guiões para filmes, séries, programas de rádio e concertos. Desde 2015, é dramaturga permanente do Teatro de Liepaja. Participou e organizou vários workshops de dramaturgia locais e internacionais.
