Tomás A. Moreira, son of Ruy Höfle Moreira, was born in Porto in 1957, where he lives.
Electrical Engineer by Technische Universität MünchenHe was a National Defense Auditor at the IDN – National Defense Institute in 1996. From 2017 to 2023, he wrote for the Real Gazeta do Alto Minho.
Businessman and manager, he was a leader of national and international business associations, and a leader of Causa Real since 1989. He is also the Honorary Consul of Austria in Porto.
He is also the author of several publications, among them, "Foreign Investment in Portugal and National Defense"in Nation and Defense Magazine and "Alves Moreira, from the Lands of Santa Maria"in the magazine Roots & MemoriesFurthermore, he is the author of the books José Luiz: Painter, Artist—because, well, Memoirs of a Royalist and The Legacy of King Luís II – One Hundred Years of Alternative Portuguese History (1887-1987).
Rafael Rodrigues da Pena is the pseudonym of Tomás A. Moreira.
