Porfírio Pinto

Porfírio Pinto é formado em Teologia pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Licenciatura, em 1990, e Mestrado, em 1992) e doutorando em Comunicação e Cultura na Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa. Foi missionário na República Democrática do Congo durante doze anos. Em 1998-1999 fez uma pós-graduação em Gestão e Administração Editorial na Escola Superior de Comércio de Paris, tendo depois dirigido, durante seis anos, a editora bíblica Verbum Bible (Kinshasa). Enquanto diretor de Verbum Bible, participou nas atividades da Federação Bíblica Católica e no movimento de apostolado bíblico mundial. De regresso a Portugal, incorporou a equipa de revisores da Paulinas Editora. Atualmente, é bolseiro no quadro do projeto Vieira Global e investigador associado ao CLEPUL.
