Nasceu em 1995, em Lisboa. Concluiu, em 2019, o curso de Medicina pela Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Lisboa (FMUL), durante o qual se dedicou ao associativismo, tendo assumindo o cargo de diretora de Direitos Humanos e Ética Médica da Associação Nacional de Estudantes de Medicina (ANEM) em 2017. Trabalha atualmente no Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Norte. No que diz respeito à escrita, mantém o blogue The Nutsbook, fez parte da redação da Revista Ressonância e colabora ocasionalmente com outras publicações. Venceu o Concurso de Escrita para Alunos de Alemão do Goethe Institut na Categoria B1, em 2016, e o concurso de escrita 'Carta a Mestre João' promovido pelo Arquivo Nacional da Torre do Tombo, em 2010. 1 Minuto e 36 Segundos é o seu primeiro livro.
