Pietro Parolin

Pietro Parolin, É cardeal da Igreja Católica desde 12 de janeiro de 2014. É atualmente o mais jovem cardeal italiano. Recebeu a ordenação episcopal das mãos do Papa Bento XVI, a 12 de setembro de 2009. Em 31 de agosto de 2013, o Papa Francisco nomeou-o Secretário de Estado do Vaticano e, ainda nesse ano, é chamado a fazer parte da Congregação para os Bispos. Foi agraciado com a Grã-Cruz da Ordem Militar de Cristo em 12 de outubro de 2016.
