Pedro Rodrigues nasceu em 1987, na Cova-Gala, Figueira da Foz. Estudou Engenharia Civil, embora continue sem perceber muito bem como foi lá parar, e tornou-se conhecido com o blogue Os Filhos do Mondego (2010), que o destacou como uma das primeiras vozes da literatura emergente na Internet em Portugal. Em 2019, publicou o seu primeiro romance, Deve Ser Primavera algures (2019), seguido do livro de contos Alice do Lado Errado do Espelho (2020), do romance Amor de Pechisbeque (2022) e do livro de pensamentos A Mar (2024). Atualmente, é um autor incontornável no panorama literário português. Vive junto ao mar e trabalha como freelancer nas áreas da tradução e produção de conteúdos.
