Pedro Garcia Marques

Pedro Garcia Marques is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, where he graduated and obtained a Master's degree in Criminal Law with the dissertation "On Guilt in Criminal Law: A Contribution to the Search for an Adequate Material and Ethical-Individual Justification of the Judgment of Guilt in Criminal Law," and is currently completing his doctoral dissertation. He teaches and researches in the areas of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, and Human Rights. He was a member of the Governing Board and the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, and currently collaborates with the Catholic Research Center for the Future of Law.
