Pedro Ferreira nasceu em Oeiras em 1982. Licenciou-se em Ciências do Desporto – Educação Física e Desporto Escolar, com especialização em futebol, pela Faculdade de Motricidade Humana.
Na área do scouting, foi prospetor, coordenador do distrito de Lisboa e coordenador do departamento de prospeção do futebol de formação do clube da Luz.
Passou para o futebol profissional dos encarnados em junho de 2018, assumindo-se como diretor de scouting em fevereiro de 2019, posição que ocupa até então.
