Paulo é um amante de sistemas de som, naturalmente gosta de música e cinema. Pratica desporto de forma regular. Desde que se lembra gosta de apreciar um bom vinho. Nos últimos anos tornou-se o seu principal hobby. Organiza encontros para fazer provas cegas e tertúlias sobre enologia.
