Paulo Girão Costa nasceu em Angola e, aos 4 anos, foi obrigado a refugiar-se em Portugal.
Em 1995, emancipou-se e, desde então, tem vindo a aprender e a desaprender na área da Gestão.
Não foi reconhecido como um dos melhores gestores pela Fortune, nem eleito sequer como um dos melhores líderes pela Harvard Business Review.
Desde sempre que se assume imperfeito, mas apaixonado. Imperfeitamente apaixonado pelo tema da liderança, a qual o aventurou no mundo da escrita.
Só quando morrer é que tem a ambição de ser um líder. Até lá, só se quer entranhar de pessoas…
