Paulo Dirceu Dias

Paulo Dirceu Dias nasceu em Sorocaba (SP), em 1945. Ex-proprietário de um salão de sinuca, foi director-adjunto da Federação Paulista de Sinuca e Bilhar, actuando nas áreas de administração, organização de eventos, codificação de regulamentos e da técnica. Também foi vice-presidente e director-técnico da Confederação Brasileira de Bilhar e Sinuca (CBBS), ditando cursos de arbitragem para diversas federações brasileiras e procedendo ao credenciamento de árbitros.
