Paulo José Rodrigues da Costa, mestre em Contabilidade e Finanças pelo Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal. Detentor dos títulos de especialista em contabilidade e fiscalidade e impostos sobre o rendimento. É professor adjunto convidado na Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, sendo responsável e lecionando diversas unidades curriculares da área da contabilidade e tecnologias de informação em licenciaturas e pós-graduações. É membro da Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados e exerceu funções de contabilista certificado em várias empresas.
