Paulo Costa nasceu em janeiro de 1972, em Mortágua, onde reside. Licenciou-se em Comunicação Institucional e, em termos profissionais, dedicou grande parte da sua vida ao Ensino. O gosto pela escrita começou ainda em criança, mas apenas em 2014 publicou EsPASSOS, o seu primeiro livro, que reúne textos poéticos que abraçam temáticas ecléticas. Depois de publicar o seu segundo livro de poesia, Lonjuras, a sua paixão pela escrita leva-o também à produção de obras de diferentes estruturas literárias, nomeadamente o conto e o romance.
