Paula Ruivo was born in Viana do Castelo in 1977.
She came to Lisbon when she was only seven years old. She currently lives in Venda do Pinheiro.
She coordinates and manages a space dedicated to complementary therapies, namely Reiki. It was in this space that she felt inspired and began to write. Children are her great passion, and she still considers herself, and always will.
What gives her the most pleasure when writing is being able to enter the magical world of fantasy and feel like a character in her own story – giving free rein to her imagination and creativity.
