Paula Carballeira (Fene, Corunha, Espanha, 1972) Licenciada em Filologia Hispânica. Desde 1994 que trabalha como narradora oral, tendo participado em diversas programações culturais em Espanha, Portugal, Brasil e Chile. Enquanto atriz, está vinculada ao grupo de teatro Berrobambán, ao mesmo tempo que colabora em séries de ficção para a Televisão da Galiza. Como escritora, publicou vários livros de poesia e literatura infantil, entre os quais se destacam "Xico" e "Smara", ambos editados pela Kalandraka.
