Paul Lafargue (16 de junho de 1842 - 26 de novembro de 1911) foi um revolucionário marxista francês, jornalista, escritor e militante político. Foi genro de Karl Marx, casado com a segunda filha deste, Laura. Nasceu em Santiago de Cuba e viveu a maior parte da vida em França, para além de alguns períodos em Inglaterra e Espanha (passou também por Portugal). Aos 69 anos de idade ele e Laura suicidaram-se juntos. O Direito à Preguiça, publicado no jornal socialista L'Égalité, é a sua obra mais conhecida, com incontáveis edições no mundo inteiro.
