Paul Brunton

Paul Brunton nasceu em Londres em 1898. Ao longo da sua carreira jornalística desenvolveu um grande interesse pelo estudo das religiões comparadas, pela filosofia, misticismo e ensinamentos esotéricos ocidentais e orientais. Viajou muito pelo Oriente e viveu entre iogues, místicos e homens santos. Publicou uma vasta bibliografia sobre ioga e esoterismo e é considerado o introdutor do ioga e da meditação no Ocidente.
