Doutorado na Universidade de Lisboa com a dissertação "Meter and Rhythm in the Poetry of Fernando Pessoa" (2012), Patricio Ferrari co-dirigiu o projecto de digitalização da Biblioteca Particular de Pessoa e é co-autor de A Biblioteca de Fernando Pessoa (2010). Publicou artigos em diferentes línguas, dando particular destaque a questões de métrica e marginalia (Bulletin of Spanish Studies, Luso-Brazilian Review, Pessoa Plural, Portuguese Studies e Thyrse, entre outras). Pós-doutorando na Universidade de Lisboa, na Brown University e na Stockholms Universitet, prepara uma edição crítica e um estudo da poesia inglesa inédita de Fernando Pessoa.
