Patricia Finzi

Patricia Finzi (1943) é formada em Sociologia pela Universidade de São Paulo. Entre 1969 e 1996, foi responsável pela Editora Shalom e esteve à frente da revista com o mesmo nome, dedicada à cultura judaica. É autora de vários livros de cozinha judaica.
