Pamela D. Tucker

Pamela D. Tucker is an associate professor of education at the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she serves as director of the Executive Board Chair Training Program. Her research focuses primarily on teacher effectiveness, the inherent nature of holding executive board chair positions in schools, and human resource evaluation. She is the author of numerous books and articles on teacher portfolios, support for struggling teachers, guidelines for linking student achievement and teacher evaluation, and the legal context and framework underlying teacher evaluation.
