Oscar Rodríguez é o criador do 'coaching sistémico breve' e presidente da maior associação internacional de coaching sistémico (European Association on Systemic Consultancy – Eurasyc). É professor de mestrado em Coaching Sistémico da Universidade Autónoma de Barcelona desde 2009.
ÓSCAR trabalhou com muitas organizações de referência, tanto em Espanha como no resto da Europa e na América Latina, com grandes multinacionais, escolas de gestão e dezanove Agências da Comissão Europeia.
Desde 2005 tem trabalhado com êxito em mais de 400 casos de coaching organizacional, executivo e laboral.
