Olalla García (Madrid, 1973) estudou História na Universidade de Alcalá, na qual atualmente é professora de literatura. Publicou cinco romances de grande sucesso: Ardashir, Rey de Persia (2005), Las Puertas de Seda (2007), El Jardn de Hipatia (2009), Rito de Paso (Ediciones B, 2014) e En Tierra de Nadie (2016). Também traduziu para castelhano numerosas obras de autores clássicos e modernos. Colabora há dez anos com diversas editoras enquanto escritora, tradutora e leitora.
