Nuno Queiroz Ribeiro estudou em Londres, numa das mais conceituadas escolas de culinária do mundo, na Le Cordon Bleu.
A sua vontade de explorar a imensidão do mundo gastronómico levaram-no a Milão e posteriormente a Beirute. Em 2004 regressa a Portugal, integra a equipa de Chakall, tendo após um ano e meio abraçado um projeto seu. Em parceria com João e Tomás Lagos, abre a empresa de catering Venzann, dedicada sobretudo a grandes eventos: Volvo Ocean Race e Rock In Rio (Portugal e Madrid), e nacionais, como o WCT – Rip Curl Pro, Estoril Open, SuperBock SuperRock, Sudoeste TMN, Troféu de Portugal – Audi Medcup TP52 , o Mundo Mix e a Apifarma.
Em televisão, participou nas duas edições do Peso Pesado e no programa Dr. White.
