Nuno Goulart Brandão

Nuno Goulart Brandão é licenciado e pós-graduado em Relações Públicas e Publicidade pelo Instituto Superior de Novas Profissões, onde lecciona desde 1992. É ainda mestre em Comunicação, Cultura e Tecnologias de Informação pelo ISCTE e doutorado em Sociologia pela mesma faculdade. Alem desta obra, editou também na Notícias O Espectáculo das Notícias.

Em paralelo ao seu percurso académico, foi profissional de televisão durante 20 anos. Na RTP, exerceu diversos cargos e funções profissionais em áreas tão diversas como a produção e realização, arquivos audiovisuais, relações públicas, marketing, relações institucionais e programação.

A sua actual prioridade, para além do ensino e da consultoria no campo empresarial dos media, é a investigação do fenómeno televisivo, sobretudo no CIMDE - Centro de Investigação Media e Democracia, onde é sócio fundador e investigador.
