Nuno Garoupa

É professor de Direito e Associate Dean for Research na Universidade George Mason, Antonin Scalia School of Law (desde agosto de 2018), e titular da Chair in Research Innovation, Católica Global Law School (desde 2015). Foi professor na Universidade do Texas A&M (2015-2018), na Universidade de Illinois (2007-2015), na Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2001-2007) e na Universidade Pompeu Fabra, de Barcelona (1998-2001). Foi Presidente da Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos (2014-2016), sendo atualmente membro do seu Conselho de Curadores. Autor de mais de cento e cinquenta publicações académicas em revistas internacionais de Direito e de Economia e de vários livros sobre sistemas jurídicos. Prémio Julia'n Mari'as, Comunidade de Madrid (2010).
