Nasceu em Santarém, em 1978. Vive atualmente no Cartaxo. Este é o segundo livro que publica, depois de Sopro de alma. As suas palavras também foram espalhadas pelas colectâneas Por um sorriso e A princesa da poesia. Com alguma regularidade vai publicando pequenos poemas no jornal O Povo do Cartaxo. Adora a aventura e alimenta a sua inspiração com os diversos passeios que faz pelo país, sempre em busca de saber quem um dia fomos.
