Norberto Paulo Gonçalves Rodrigues

Norberto Paulo Gonçalves Rodrigues, natural da Freguesia de Faílde, concelho de Bragança, é Mestre em Direito e Segurança pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Oficial da Polícia de Segurança Pública com a categoria de Comissário, é licenciado em Ciências Policiais, auditor de Segurança Interna e pós graduado em Medicina Legal e em Gestão Civil de Crises. Desempenha actualmente funções como membro do Secretariado Permanente do Gabinete Coordenador de Segurança, junto do Secretário-Geral do Sistema de Segurança Interna. Ao longo da sua carreira profissional na PSP esteve em diversos momentos ligado à temática da Segurança Privada, tendo representado Portugal no II Seminário Europeu de Segurança Privada realizado em Madrid, onde apresentou comunicação sobre a actividade em Portugal. Foi formador nos primeiros cursos de especialização na área da segurança privada, para o pessoal da PSP, quando esta corporação assumiu as actuais competências legais nesta matéria.
