Nino Haratischwili

Nino Haratischwili, nascida em 1983, em Tiblisi, Geórgia, é uma premiada romancista, dramaturga e encenadora. Em 2010, o seu romance de estreia Juja foi nomeado para o German Book Award e venceu o Prémio Adelbert von Chamisso. No ano seguinte, My Gentle Twin ganhou o Independent Publishers’ Hotlist Prize e foi vendido para vários países. A Oitava Vida de Brilka recebeu o prestigiado Prémio de Literatura da Associação de Artes e Cultura da Economia Alemã 2015. A edição holandesa (Atlas Contact, 2016) foi selecionada para o Europese Literatuurprijs 2018. Além disso, a tradução para inglês de Charlotte Collins e Ruth Martin (Scribe), além de selecionada para o prémio PEN Translates 2016, foi indicada para o prestigiado 2020 International Booker Prize.
