Niklas Modig

Niklas Modig tem sido investigador na Stockholm School of Economics desde 2004 e fez também investigação como visitante na Universidade de Tóquio entre 2006 e 2008. Fluente em Japonês, Niklas teve oportunidade de passar milhares de horas dentro da organização de serviços da Toyota, numa tentativa de entender como a sua filosofia poderia ser aplicada em contextos não industrial. Niklas assumiu uma posição de liderança como orador inspirador dentro das áreas de Serviços lean e Gestão lean.
