Nika Vázquez Seguí nasceu em 1982, em Maiorca. É licenciada em Psicologia pela Universidade de Valência e mestre em psico-oncologia pela Universidade Complutense de Madrid. Ela combina a sua prática privada com o ensino de cursos de Inteligência Emocional em diferentes instituições. Durante vários anos, coordenou um site pioneiro de apoio psicológico online para a Fundação Eduardo Punset. Atualmente, dedica-se à prática privada em Valência, Maiorca e Barcelona. Ela é também autora dos livros Aporta o aparta e Te quiero ¿y ahora qué?
