Niels Christian Geelmuyden nasceu em 1960. É um escritor e jornalista que se tornou particularmente conhecido pelas suas entrevistas muito pessoais para as revistas Kapital e Henne. Assina normalmente peças reflexivas, que passam na rádio e são publicadas na revista de bordo da companhia aérea SAS e em jornais como o prestigiado Bergens Tidende. Com os seus livros críticos sobre a indústria alimentar, alcançou um vasto público e colocou o tema em foco.
