Nick Stone

Nick Stone nasceu em 1966. O seu pai é o historiador Norman Stone e a mãe é descendente de uma das mais antigas famílias haitianas, os Aubry. Passou a infância no Haiti, regressando a Inglaterra em 1971 para concluir os estudos. Na adolescência, dedicou-se ao boxe mas desistiu quando obteve vaga no curso de História da Universidade de Cambridge.
Mr. Clarinet é o seu primeiro romance e foi distinguido como melhor thriller de 2006 pela Crime Writers’ Association com o prémio Ian Fleming Steel Dagger.
É casado e vive em Londres.
