Nelson Pereira, nascido a 10 de agosto de 1982, atualmente residente em Fafe, é um novo autor no mundo da poesia contemporânea. Com formação em design têxtil, Nelson alia a criatividade da sua profissão à sensibilidade literária, criando uma obra única e introspetiva. Inspirado por Fernando Pessoa e pelo "Livro do Desassossego", Nelson explora em "Ansiedade: Catarse da Saúde Mental" os labirintos da mente humana, transformando pensamentos e sentimentos em versos que capturam a essência da condição humana.
