Mikell P. Groover

Mikell P. Groover concluiu a graduação, mestrado e doutorado na Lehigh University, nos Estados Unidos, onde atualmente é professor emérito de Engenharia Industrial e de Sistemas.
Recebeu vários prêmios pela excelência no ensino, além do Prêmio Albert G. Holzman Outstanding Educator, do Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE), em 1995, e o SME Education, da Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), em 2001.
É autor e coautor de diversas obras sobre o assunto, traduzidas para oito idiomas.
