Miguel Romão

Miguel Romão é professor da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, desde 2000. Doutorado e mestre em Direito pela Universidade de Lisboa. Exerceu funções no Ministério da Justiça, como diretor-geral da Direção-Geral da Política de Justiça (2018-2021) e do Gabinete para as Relações Internacionais, Europeias e de Cooperação do Ministério da Justiça (2006-2007), chefe de gabinete (2015-2016), subdiretor-geral da Direção-Geral da Política de Justiça (2008) e consultor jurídico (2000-2004). Professor convidado da "Coimbra Business School", entre 2014 e 2018, com a coordenação de Direito da União Europeia.
