Dra. Tara Narula é cardiologista e diretora adjunta do Women’s Heart Program no Lenox Hill Hospital, em Nova Iorque, professora associada na Zucker School of Medicine e diretora de comunicação do Katz Institute of Women’s Health. É também jornalista médica correspondente da ABC News.
Licenciada em Stanford, concluiu a formação médica na USC Keck School of Medicine, a residência em medicina interna na Harvard University/Brigham and Women's Hospital e a especialização em cardiologia no New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
É membro do American College of Cardiology e porta-voz nacional da American Heart Association, tendo sido distinguida com vários prémios, incluindo um Emmy (2022). Reside em Nova Iorque com o marido e as suas duas filhas. O poder curativo da resiliência é o seu primeiro livro.
