Nasceu em Aveiro a 4 de abril de 1980, cidade onde ainda reside. Iniciou-se no mundo da escrita em 2013 com o romance 'A Mensagem', seguindo-se o romance 'Paixão Alucinante' em 2014. Em 2015, através da plataforma Bubook presenteou os seus leitores com o romance 'Amor de Deus'. 'Faltam-me as palavras' foi editado em 2017 . 'E tudo o mar levou' é um romance onde a paixão e respeito pelo mar é visível.
