Marta Padilha

Marta Padilha é médica na área da Medicina Anti-Aging, possuindo uma especialização em Medicina Antienvelhecimento e Longevidade pela Universidade de Barcelona. É membro da American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), onde obteve o Master em Gestão do Peso. Colabora em vários programas de televisão e revistas com temáticas sobre a modulação hormonal. Atualmente, exerce atividade médica na sua clínica em Lisboa, na qual instituiu um método baseado nos cinco pilares do antienvelhecimento.
