Marina de Andrade Marconi é graduada em História, Pedagogia, Estudos Sociais e Educação Artística.
É doutora em Ciências (Antropologia) pela Faculdade de História, Direito e Serviço Social de Franca da Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp).
É professora, tendo lecionado 16 anos na Unesp de Franca nos cursos de História e Serviço Social.
É coautora de Antropologia: uma introdução, Metodologia científica, Metodologia do trabalho científico, Sociologia geral e Técnicas de pesquisa, publicados pelo GEN | Atlas.
